We harness the power of large screen projection systems and high-quality PA systems alongside horse racing video footage from renowned courses across the country, spanning both jump and flat races.

Our race nights are not just entertaining; they are highly interactive and make an excellent addition to your event! Whether you aim to engage your audience or raise funds for charitable causes.

What Happens on the Day?

Our compere guides your guests through the betting process and our bookies team provides them with fun money, prepping them for action. The excitement mounts as teams cheer for their favourites, eagerly awaiting the moment when the race begins with the classic phrase, ‘And They’re Off!’

Once the race concludes, the victorious participants will visit the tote booths to claim their winnings. A typical Corporate Race Night features four to eight thrilling races spanning a duration of approximately 2 to 3 hours.

At the event’s conclusion, the team with the most fun money emerges as the champions, with well deserved prizes awarded to the top performing teams. Of course, there’s also a touch of humour for those who didn’t quite make the mark, as they receive the coveted wooden spoons!

When Event Collection hosts Ladies races, it’s a guarantee of hilarity and fun. Both ladies and gents (jockeys) are selected for the most coveted race in the racing calendar. Bets are placed, cameras are ready, and the race is set to unfold!
