Learning Logs

The main point of difference of our platform are the learning logs. The platform has been create to enable individuals and teams to experience their naturally way of working, reflect on their behaviours, both strengths and development areas and then through a facilitated discussion capture the learning.

The learning  logs are split in to individual and team logs allowing individuals to capture their thoughts through out the workshops and then in final wrap session all the team using the team learning log to consolidate the learning across the whole exeperience and consider what they will do differently as a result of the learning on their return to the office .

What went well on this task? What did not go so well on the task?  What have I learned from this activity? How will I implement this learning in to the next task? How will be implment this learning into to how we operate in the office environment?
