Aircrash
Air Crash is focused on communication, team work and consensual problem solving. The event highlights the requirement of listening and effective brain storming.
What is Air Crash?
Air Crash is one of BlueSky Experiences top virtual team building activities. Imagine this: whilst flying over an uninhabited region, your plane suddenly goes down. You are unharmed but left with only 15 specific items on you!
You will rank each item in order of essential use. First, you’ll rank each item as an individual. Then your team are placed into groups, and you must decide between you what is essential and what isn’t!
Once complete, the teams will be asked to review their individual effort. Then, based on their team discussion, decide whether they would change anything.

Our Online Learning platforms allows teams to participate in this development event, even if they work remotely. Team members will learn, share experiences and reflect on their team dynamics.
Air Crash creates a scenario which mirrors certain business practices. Teams have to decide what their priorities are, communicate their reasoning and perhaps even come to a compromise.
This activity is a fun event, which when combined with our expert facilitation draws out important learnings and information about team dynamics.
Teams will be asked:
Were all view points considered in the discussion?
How creative was each team with their thinking?
Were there dominant points of view or was it a diplomatic conversation?
These questions help teams to communicate, look within and develop solutions to their challenges. The online learning log is used so individuals and teams will track their learning and important points of discussion. This can be referred back to time and time again in the work place. It is also used to develop an actionable team plan.
